I’m glad I have tasted tahchin in Iran, and other delicious Persian foods too such as fesenjan. When I was there, I realised that your food use a lot of natural produce (local veggies, fruits, nuts) which is great, unlike so many countries out there moving towards processed food. Thanks for sharing the video, it brings back memories 🙂
